Who are we?

Christian and Nico, married and live in

tranquil Saarland.

We love to cook, enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family while enjoying good food, and hike in nature with our Vizsla dog, Hazel.

Our son Atréju was born in early 2024 and filled us with endless love and joy. In his honor, we named Villa Atréju after him.

Casa Emilia and Villa Atréju offer their guests a warm home where they can spend unforgettable holidays with friends or family and experience authentic Andalusian hospitality.

Every big dream begins

with an idea.

 Our journey to Casa Emilia began in 2020 with a small twist of fate: We learned that this special house would soon be handed over to loving owners. An initial phone call, a spontaneous weekend there – and we were immediately captivated by its charm. The first morning, a walk into the village, breakfast on the terrace – and we knew: We wanted to share this place with others.

 Shortly after taking over Casa Emilia, a new dream began to take shape. We had often admired Villa Atréju (then Casa Límon) from the neighboring terrace. We immediately fell in love and said to ourselves: If the opportunity arises one day, we would like to give this treasure a new home.

At Casa Emilia and Villa Atréju, it’s about more than just a holiday. We want to create places where people feel at home, can truly unwind, and make lasting memories – with style, comfort, and a touch of Andalusian charm.

With great care and passion, we created Casa Emilia and later Villa Atréju – places where we ourselves would love to spend our holidays.

Although we don’t live on site year-round, we are deeply involved in every detail. From the design and furnishing of the houses to the guest experience, everything is close to our hearts. And we are fortunate to have a wonderful local team that takes care of everything with great attention and care.
